Plume Network said it has integrated the Nest nBASIS vault into the Gate DEX ecosystem, enabling Gate DEX wallet users to access an RWA-linked yield product via an in-wallet flow, according to a Jan. 20, 2026 announcement published via PRNewswire.
Plume said the integration allows users to deposit into nBASIS without “manual bridging” or “multi step execution,” and to monitor positions through a dashboard within the wallet interface, with the release describing a base yield of “approximately 3.6% APY” and a $20,000 incentive pool distributed as a “dynamic bonus APR” over the campaign period.
The product is positioned as giving on-chain exposure to institutional crypto basis and cash-and-carry strategies via Superstate’s USCC fund, as described in Plume’s announcement. Superstate, in turn, describes USCC as a tokenized private fund that offers “Qualified Purchasers” access to crypto carry strategies and represents ownership via a token or book-entry record keeping.
The integration links DeFi wallet distribution with tokenized fund structures that retain traditional service-provider arrangements. Superstate’s USCC product page lists Anchorage Digital as custodian and Ernst & Young LLP as auditor, while Superstate’s USTB tokenized private fund lists The Bank of New York Mellon as custodian and Ernst & Young LLP as auditor. Plume has also described nBASIS as constructed using Superstate funds in its own materials about the vault.
For platforms, the change is primarily operational: Gate DEX users can route funds into the nBASIS vault from within the wallet rather than assembling a multi-application transaction path, based on the flow described in the release. The rollout may also be relevant for compliance and distribution teams, as Plume states its services are not available to U.S. persons or residents, and Gate DEX’s wallet distribution channel is provided through its app listing.
