ICSC and Blueprint have announced a half-day Retail Real-Estate Summit at Blueprint Vegas on September 16, 2025 (2:00–4:55 pm PT). ICSC announced partnership, said Business Wire, while Blueprint posted schedule with sessions on mixed-use, AI, and prop-tech. Tokenization themes are expected across Blueprint’s wider program alongside these talks.

The release outlined panels featuring leaders from CBRE, Kimco, Jamestown, Brixmor, and more. “We’re thrilled to partner with Blueprint to give attendees unparalleled access to innovators,” said Tom McGee, President and CEO, ICSC. Organizers say the summit will give practical insights for owners, developers, and tech founders ahead of ICSC’s planned ICSC+PROPTECH event in 2026.

Background: Retail real estate is leaning into prop-tech to cut costs, grow footfall, and improve leasing. Tokenization is gaining attention as firms test on-chain finance to speed capital flows and broaden investor access. Conferences now pair operational tech—like AI and analytics—with RWA topics to help landlords modernize portfolios and funding paths.
