Chainlink and Jovay announced a deep partnership. With Chainlink CCIP set as Jovay’s canonical cross-chain layer and Data Streams going live for sub-second feeds. The press note said the goal is “institutional-grade” tokenized markets, with Jovay targeting 20,000–100,000 TPS. In the release, the firms confirm integration and highlight RWA use cases.

Jovay is an Ethereum Layer-2 developed by Ant Digital. Its docs outline architecture built for speed, security, and compliance, aimed at “trusted infrastructure” for real-world assets. Chainlink’s earlier move to >launch Data Streams for equities and ETFs fits the same story: reliable, low-latency data for on-chain assets that institutions can audit.
The partnership also rides a wider build-out by Ant Digital. In April, Ant’s CEO Dr. Zhao Wenbiao said, “We’re positioning Ant Digital Technologies as the digital bridge linking Middle East energy transition opportunities to Asia’s markets,” stressing compliant RWA rails. That message, made when Ant unveiled Jovay in Dubai, adds context as Jovay and Chainlink expand infrastructure.
Standard Chartered’s forecast of a multi-trillion-dollar tokenization market is referenced in today’s release, underscoring why secure cross-chain messaging and high-grade data feeds matter for settlements. Jovay’s site describe compliance features and a regulated RWA sandbox intended to help issuers meet rules while scaling. If execution matches the plan, the link between data, compliance, and throughput could lower barriers for institutional RWAs.
